Get Paid To Become A Certified HVAC Technician
Sky has its own in-house HVAC apprentice training school. Named the SOAR Training Academy, Sky is offering paid HVAC training for people with little or no experience in the HVAC field. SOAR is certified by The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCEER). Sky's goal is to produce competent, well-trained HVAC technicians to service its customer base across the Carolinas.
Unlike college HVAC programs where students pay for classes or must take out student loans, SOAR pays students to learn about HVAC. Also, students can elect coverage in the full suite of Sky HVAC’s health benefits during the program. Upon completion, the student will have nationally recognized credentials and be employed by Sky HVAC. The SOAR Training Academy is offered in each Sky service location: Asheville, Charlotte, Hickory, Winston, Raleigh, and Charleston with classes starting every six weeks.
